The hotel was a perfect base for enjoying a very nice area. It is so close to the Leisure Centre and promised taxis. - Perfect and comfortable location - within walking distance of everywhere we needed....  

Liked spotless and delightful rooms.

Everything was very good, amiable staff made our stay very good. Location: the hotel was next to restaurants, shops. Café Costa located 1 km away was a nice surprise. Got warm breakfasts with bacon, sausage, spring rolls....  

Everything was nice, it had free wifi, nothing too much trouble. Everyone was attentive. Had breakfast in the bar.

Fantastic room set up with a cozy bed, and the staff is super helpful and tuned in to your needs! 🌟

Rooms were spotless.

The hotel had no record of my booking, depsite me supplying them with the booking reference etc... Reception unmanned the day we left, so we were glad we had paid on arrival; bed tiny and extremely uncomfortable; no toiletries in room, apart from handwash; blue flourescent light in bathroom stayed on all night and kept us awake - we had to cover it with the bed cover eventually; extreme noise from the busy main road.

Fabulous and exceptional meals.

Thoroughly enjoyed the way our double room was arranged. Had a full cooked and plentiful breakfast with sausage and fried bread. - Had an amazing stay for a business trip & would definitely go back.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming, the food is very good, in particular the breakfast selection, and the rooms are very comfortable.

Friendly staff at the reception desk. the breakfast offers a variety of options. - Convenient central location in a residential area near Belfast International airport, local shops, and retail park.

Units with comfortable bed.

Pricing good; staff very friendly;rooms and public areas clean; buffet breakfast reasonably fresh and hot, and food varaiation good;

Sewage smell coming out os shower drain; staff poured down drain cleaner, partially improved situation. Also, bathroom needs a few more hooks on back of door, e.g. Only one hook available. No where to hang used towels or night gowns.

The staff at the front desk here are particularly helpful, making this a high-quality place overall.

Convenient to the airport, clean, comfortable and a lovely breakfast. Staff were all friendly and helpful. A great stopover.
